| Introduction: | The Bank of China Tower is developed by Shanghai International Finance Building Company, Limited, a joint venture consortium of Bank of China, Shanghai Branch, Bank of China Group Investment Company, Limited, Shanghai Lujiazui Development (Group) Company, Limited, and The Bank of East Asia, Limited.
At 200 Yincheng Road Central, the building is situated at the heart of the Lujiazui finance and trade district, facing the Central Green, adjacent to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, linking with the subway station and only 150-meter away from the main avenue.
The Tower occupies an area of approximate 10 thousand sqm., 258 meters in height, 53 storeys above ground, 3 storeys underground, and with a total floor area of 120000 sqm. The Tower is designed by Nikken Sekkei Ltd., Japan. With the unique architectural design, efficient office layout, excellent facilities and amenities, including banking services, convertible and studio types offices, conference center, automated building management system, advanced Telecommunications systems, the Bank of China Tower will be another landmark building in the Pudong new area.
